Established in 2002 we are a family run organsation based in the Milton Keynes area.

Leslie our founder and Director was a private Landlord with his own property portfolio and recognised a need to house people with additional needs.  From this Hazeltree Housing Ltd was born, named after his granddaughter Hazel.   

We let and manage both our own properties and a number of properties leased from the private rental sector on behalf of tenants who require supported living. 

 

How it works? 

 

We work alongside care companies and social workers who will submit an application form to Hazeltree Housing Ltd on behalf of tenants with additional needs. Funded through Milton Keynes Council, we source suitable properties for tenants, who meet the eligibility criteria, whereby inturn, providing Landlords with market value rental yields and the assurance of a long-term rental agreement.
